I am truly saddened by the outcome of this case, frustration at Dr. Hynes and those who had a hand at shutting down one of the most caring, compassionate, honest, and straight forward doctors I have encountered. There are more than enough doctors and patients to go around, why did they have to go after Dr. Januszewski - over a non-compete? Seriously, did Dr. Hynes have nothing better to do? Why would anyone deny patients the right to their doctor? He didn't hurt anyone, he was helping people. What about those who required his post op care, or those who were scheduled for surgery? Was there any regard for those people? Apparently not! Where does that leave them? Having to start the process all over again because of the courts decision? Do they even realize how much the court decision effects people in Brevard and Indian River Counties? I guess it isn't about the patients or the people in the area, it's about someone getting their panties in a wad over a non-compete. Their decision was punishment for a doctor who simply wanted to help people. Where is the justice in that? I am shocked that the peace of mind I had knowing I could see Dr. Januszewski, should I need his services and expertise again, is now gone, just stripped away. Who am I supposed to go see now? Sure, there are others here, but none that can hold a candle to Dr. Januszewski. I have been to four other area doctors over the course of three years, that do not provide the service, kindness nor compassion I received from the Brain and Spine Clinic. I received the best possible care before and after my surgery. I am forever grateful to Dr. Januszewski, his staff, his kindness, his genuine concern for my well being. I will remain hopeful that maybe something will or can change this outcome.
